This March, ELEMIS is joining forces with The Sustainability Beauty Coalition, as brands and retailers across the UK, take on the collective mission to reduce waste created by the beauty industry in The Great British Beauty Clean Up. The global beauty industry produces over 120 billion units of packaging each year and 56% of people do not recycle their bathroom empties.* The Great British Beauty Clean Up is calling upon us all to refill, reuse and recycle in-store, in-salon and through at-home kerbside collection, wherever available.

As a B Corp, we are committed to healthy-looking skin and body, whilst reducing our impact on the planet. We continue to evolve our packaging to be fully recyclable or reusable. At home, kerbside recycling should always be the first choice for beauty waste. However, what can be recycled at the kerbside varies per council in the UK.
If you cannot recycle your packaging at kerbside, return any brand to The House of Elemis or ELEMIS flagship store and be rewarded. If you’re outside London, find your local take-back point from retailers across the UK here.
