Lavender Oil: A calming fragrance that promotes feeling of relaxation.

Use before bed when needed.
Step 1
Warm 3-4 drops into the palms and massage into the skin whilst practicing abdominal breathing.
Step 2
If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly. Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
