Terms & Conditions: ELEMIS Ultimate Beauty Advent Calendar Golden Tickets 2026

1. The Promoter of this promotion is ELEMIS USA, Inc., with head office at 111 West 33rd Street, Suite 1910, New York, NY 10120 ("ELEMIS").
2. The promotion is open to all residents in the United States and Canada aged 18 (eighteen) years or over. ELEMIS Employees, their family members, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw cannot participate in this promotion.
3. The promotion is available for all purchases of The Ultimate Beauty Advent Calendar during the promotion period beginning on 8/30/26 and ending on 1/1/2027.
4. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes, and all eligible entries must be received during the Entry Period. The first method is by purchasing “The Ultimate Beauty Advent Calendar” online through elemis.com/us. The second method of entry is by mail. To enter, send a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address to ELEMIS, 111 West 33rd Street, Suite 1910, New York, NY 10120.
5. 10 (ten) Golden Ticket winners will be randomly selected and will either be contacted by an ELEMIS team member or find a Golden Ticket in their purchased Advent Calendar.
6. The 10 (ten) promotion winners will receive a unique discount code each, worth $1,000 (one thousand US Dollars) that is redeemable on elemis.com products only. The code value will be deducted from the total order.
7. The code can only be used once in a single transaction.
8. The code applies to all full-price products in stock on www.elemis.com/us on the date the discount code is used.
9. The code expires on 31st December 2026, at 23:59 EST ("Redemption Period"). Failure by the winners to claim the prize in the manner specified within the Redemption Period will make any claim invalid.
10. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. The code cannot be used against gift cards.
12. The code cannot be used to purchase treatments at the House of ELEMIS.
13. ELEMIS reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
14. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Golden Ticket is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
