Ethics & Responsibility
We believe business has a responsibility to create a positive impact on the world around us. Through our commitment to environmental sustainability, social responsibility and inclusive culture, we are working to reduce our footprint, strengthen the communities we serve and create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive.
Our approach focuses on three key areas: reducing our carbon footprint, delivering meaningful social impact, and fostering inclusion and belonging across our business and wider network. Together, these priorities help us drive lasting change for our people, partners, customers and communities.

Acting responsibly also means creating an environment where concerns can be raised safely and without fear. We are committed to a culture of openness, in which anyone who sees or experiences something that may be unsafe, unlawful or unethical feels able to speak up. When a concern is raised, we listen and take action where needed.
Speak Up
Speaking up means raising a concern so that it can be addressed without fear of retaliation. Anyone who witnesses behaviour that may violate our Code of Business Conduct or applicable laws and regulations is encouraged to speak up. The Group's entrepreneurial spirit promotes open communication, and direct contact with the party or parties involved is the preferred means of raising a concern. Where that is not feasible, multiple alternative channels are available.
The Speak Up Policy provides guidance on whom to approach when raising concerns about suspected misconduct, and on when, where and how to do so. It also sets out what to expect from the Group and the steps that may follow once a concern is raised.
Submitting a Speak Up report
Reports are submitted through the L'Occitane Group Speak Up hub. To raise a concern, please visit the hub using the link below. Operated by an independent third party, it provides a confidential and anonymous way to report, in good faith, suspected violations of laws, regulations or principles of internal conduct, and can be accessed online, by phone or via a mobile application.
